When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day or the next day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.

If unknowingly you receive a defective item(in the rare case), only in that case you are able to return or change the product. We require an opening or unboxing recording video of products.
This video must clearly show the packaging being opened and items is defective. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 07 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
