Refund policy

 

At ARIS LUXE, we want you to love your purchase! If unknowingly you receive a defective item(in the rare case), we have a flexible return and refund policy. 

Eligibility for Return: 
We require an opening or unboxing recording video of products.
This video must clearly show the packaging being opened and items is defective. 
- Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Items must not have been worn, altered, or damaged

 Exceptions

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  - Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  - Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
  - Items damaged or altered by the customer are non-returnable.
  - Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or sent in error.
• Partial payment are non refundable if customer cancel their order.

Please note that if customer has size problem, thn it's not the ARIS LUXE's responsibility to return or refund any product. So buy products only after check the size of product.

In case of any issue where the customer is unable to receive the product for any reason, the partial payment made will not be refunded in cash or to the original mode of payment.
Instead, the amount will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Return Procedure

2. Assessment: Our team will review the video to verify the defect and determine the appropriate course of action.
3. Return Authorization: If the defect is confirmed, the team will respond to the complaint query within 2- 5 working days and get in touch with you. 

Refund Options

• Refund to original payment method
• Store credit towards a future purchase
• You will get refund whenever we get our product only.
• Exchange for a different item (subject to availability)
